The E-Flute corrugated mailer is typically an E-Flute corrugated box. For large items, you can opt for the 3mm thickness B-Flute corrugated box.
Most mailers or postage boxes are either flexo printed or litho printed. You can also have a custom corrugated box printed both inside and outside of your corrugated mailing box.

There 2 box styles that are commonly used for the mailing box.
One is the roll end tuck top box, the other one is the roll end locked front box, which has a better box closure; both are made of piece of corrugated board with self-locking mechanism.

Finish for the Corrugated Mailer
For the finishing, laminating and varnishing is commonly used for the corrugated printed box, either matt or glossy. The laminated printed box has the better strength, durability and is water resistant due to the thin outer transparent protective film. Laminating costs a little more than varnishing. And UV varnishing costs more than the ordinary gloss varnishing.
