Cosmetic Paper Boxes
The cosmetic paper boxes are divided mainly into 2 categories, the paper printed box and the rigid paper box.
The paper printed box is usually a folding paper box which is is assembled on the production line to put the item inside, then flat packed and shipped.
While the rigid paper box is packed and shipped in the assembled state.
For the box inserts, the paper printed box usually has the white color or black color custom E-Flute or F-Flute corrugated board inserts, while the rigid paper box uses the EVA foam insert. Plastic thermoformed tray is used for both paper box and rigid box.
Straight tuck end box style(STE) is the most popular cosmetic box style, commonly used for the lipstick box, eye gel box, and perfume box.
In order to add the luxury feel to the cosmetic box, the aluminium foil paperboard and PET-metalized paperboard are used to make the box to add a gold or silver metallic finish to the box surface.

Besides the custom cosmetic paper box, we also supply the corrugated board inserts inside (black, white, and other colors), for cushioning and protection.
Micro flutes corrugated boards are also used to wrap around the fragile bottled cosmetic products. At Packaging Empire, you can choose white, black and other colors for your E-Flute (2mm) or F-Flute (1mm) corrugated board inserts.
