We also supply custom corrugated printed mailer boxes, a.k.a corrugated mailing box, postage box, or mailer box. For the mailing box printing, both flexographic printing and litho offset printing are available. As for the finishes, you can choose from glossy, matt laminating, varnishing, UV varnishing. You can have a white liner in your corrugated mailer. The corrugated box with inner and outer printing is one of our hot products. 

A typical corrugated display box is shown in the image below. It can transform from an ordinary paper packaging box to a display box. The display box usually acts as a POP | POS counter display in the retail store. In the warehouse or during shipment, the corrugated box takes the form of a normal tuck top paper box for the protection of the goods inside.

Litho Laminated Cartons, Boxes

Before the litho-laminating technology, the corrugated fiberboard can only be flexographic printed limiting you to only the ubiquitous brown corrugated carton with low printing quality. The litho laminating technology now makes the litho offset printing possible for the boring corrugated board. That is why now we can see color printed corrugated cartons are everywhere in our daily life for marketing and branding campaigns. 

Our manufacturing facility uses the high-end printing press like Heidelberg Speed Master, ManRoland 700, Man Roland 900 series for the high graphically corrugated printed cartons, boxes.

Corrugated Box With Inner & Outer Printing

Unlike the old times, today corrugated box designs can be really stylish and beautiful. If you need a combination of elegance and strength for your packaging box, the double sided printed corrugated printed box can meet your needs. The double sided printed corrugated box can be litho offset printed and flexo printed. The litho printed corrugated box, usually made of the E-Flute corrugated board laminated with the CCNB paperboard, is usually used as corrugated mailer cartons, boxes. While B-Flute corrugated board is usually used for the cartons printed inside and out. It has the white kraft liner inside and outside, which is flexo printed.

Custom Printed Corrugated Box

The corrugated display box is made of the E-Flute, F-Flute corrugated board, which is widely used for the POP or POS box in the retail store for its great combination of the strength, beauty and high resolution graphic printing. The paperboard typically 1-2 mm in thickness, which gives the display box a slim body, compared to the B-Flute, C-Flute and double-wall corrugated boxes.

The corrugated board thickness ranges from 0.9mm to 9.9mm, from single wall corrugated board to triple wall corrugated board, either offset litho-laminated printed or flexographic printed.

B-Flute, E-Flute corrugated board are mostly used for the mailing box. The B-Flute mailer box is 2.8mm in thickness. The E-Flute corrugated mailer is 1.8mm in thickness with better printing quality due to its smaller flute size. It is widely used for the retail packaging for small goods.

Custom Materials for Corrugated Printed Box

A variety of linerboards and single-faced corrugated boards are available for the custom corrugated printed box.

Liner Boards

White lined chipboard (usually 250 gsm), also know as clay coated news back (CCNB), or duplex board with grey back has the excellent whiteness, brightness and smoothness for the superior the litho offset printing. For a better surface printing, 300gsm, 350gsm are used for the custom corrugated printed box.

Single-faced Corrugated Board

For the custom litho offset printed corrugated box, F, E, B, C, A, BC, BE flutes are available:

E-Flute corrugated board is 1.8mm in thickness. The high number of flutes gives this corrugated board impressive crush resistance and best surface for printing. The thin profile of this board helps reduce box size and thus, storage space. The E-Flute corrugated paper is typically used for for fragile items like glass, ceramic, cosmetics, and pizzas. 

B-Flute corrugated board is 2.8mm thick, providing a stiff, flat surface for printing and die cutting. It has good puncture resistance and is normally used as pads, partitions and other forms of inner packing.

C-Flute corrugated board is 3.8mm in thickness is the most widely used. C-Flute corrugated paper also offers good crush resistance and good stacking strength.

A-Flute (~4mm) and BE-Flute,4.6mm; BC-Flute, 6.4mm; ABB-Flute (~9.9mm), Double E-Flute board and EBE-Flute corrugated board are developed for heavy duty purpose. 

Litho Offset Printing Options

The litho printed corrugated box is made by the litho-laminating method. Litho offset printing gives the corrugated box surface vivid pictures, as all CMYK colors, gradient colors and pantone colors can be printed accurately on the printed box. Therefore, litho offset printing are often used to give the surface a captivating marketing image on each side of the custom corrugated box.

More About Corrugated Box

The corrugated paperboard mainly consists of the pure cellulose fibers, which comes from the wood pulp produced in the Kraft process. In the process, the wood chips are treated with both mechanical and chemical methods to break the bonds that link lignin, polyose and cellulose.
